Recently, the results of the 2024 "Roads Supporting Rural Revitalization" innovative practice case collection and exhibition activity, co-hosted by China Transport News and the Planning Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, were announced. Quanjiao County's Shanhu Scenic Avenue was awarded as one of the top ten cases for "Road + Tourism" integrated development.

The Shanhu Scenic Avenue spans a total length of 10.373 kilometers and is part of an ecological corridor tourist route linking Shenshan Temple to Biyun Lake in the beautiful countryside first loop line of Quanjiao County. The route begins at the intersection of Shenshan Temple and X056 Line, ending at the intersection of S324 Line and a T-junction. The roadbed width is 9 meters, with a pavement width of 7.5 meters, classified as a secondary road with an asphalt concrete surface. The highway winds through the central mountainous area of Quanjiao, showcasing beautiful scenery.

In recent years, Quanjiao County has vigorously promoted the "Road +" driving strategy, building a "deeply integrated development path for transportation and tourism" to boost rural revitalization. Along the Shanhu Scenic Avenue, several scenic service nodes have been established, including Shenshan National Forest Park, Shenshan Lake, Biyun Lake, Senyuan Farm, and Huanglishu Town, providing comprehensive services to meet tourists' needs for dining, accommodation, visit and recreation. Additionally, local tourism highlights with distinct regional characteristics have been developed, with nearby attractions such as the Jingnan Homestay, Dashu Longshan Tourist Resort (Qishi Museum), Youran Zide Picking Garden, and Meiyuan.

After the completion of the Shanhu Scenic Avenue, the local government has attracted investment by creating favorable conditions, optimizing the environment, and offering incentives. Coupled with the increasing number of migrant workers returning to start businesses, the development of tourism has accelerated. The influx of tourists has stimulated the growth of farmhouse stays, aquaculture, and agricultural product sales along the route, significantly enhancing the local economy and increasing residents' incomes.
