The Paris Olympics are in full swing, with global beach handball stars gathering in France to present a spectacular exhibition match to the world. On July 29th, local time in Paris, the beach handball exhibition match came to a successful conclusion, with Anhui's beach handball star Du Jijuan and her all-star teammates securing second place. It is reported that in addition to the official competition events, the Paris Olympics included beach handball as an exhibition event, marking the first appearance of beach handball at the Summer Olympic Games. The International Handball Federation selected an all-star lineup, which included 64 athletes from 18 countries and regions, among whom Du Jijuan was the only Asian female athlete. From July 27th to 29th, they formed three men's and three women's teams, participating in the beach handball exhibition match alongside the host French men's and women's teams. Du Jijuan, born in Chuzhou in 1989, began playing beach handball in 2007. She has represented the Chinese team in multiple World Championships, Asian Beach Games, and Asian Championships, helping the Chinese team win multiple titles in Asia. In 2023, she helped the Chinese team secure third place at the World Beach Handball Tour Finals.
