On April 27, the special event of the Third China (Anhui) Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Transformation Fair—the Sci-Tech Talent Recruitment and Cooperation Exchange—was successfully held in Hefei. With the theme "Gathering Talents in Anhui, Creating a Winning Future", the event aimed to build a platform for "two-way engagement" between innovative talents and "precise matching" of sci-tech achievements, promoting deep integration and interaction among technology, industry, and talent.  

"What impressed me most about attending the Third China (Anhui) Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Transformation Fair in Hefei is the tremendous changes," said Xia Bing, Deputy Director of the China International Talent Exchange Center. He noted that Anhui has fully leveraged its educational, technological, and cultural resources, accumulating strong momentum for sci-tech innovation development. Xia also suggested that Anhui should adopt a global perspective in talent recruitment: "International talents are strategic resources among nations. Gaining one more talent means accumulating more strength for future development. Therefore, I believe Anhui should not only focus on domestic talent ecosystem development but also attract more global talents to pursue their careers here."

At the event, Dashi Coatings (Anhui) Co., Ltd. signed on-site agreements with Southeast University and other partners for 10 major high-level talent projects, successfully attracting 12 senior professionals through project collaborations. In addition, the activity specifically focused on sectors including new energy vehicles and biopharmaceuticals, featuring project roadshows by 6 distinguished scientists and outstanding postdoctoral researchers.  

Being among the ten flagship thematic matchmaking sessions of the Third China (Anhui) Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Transformation Fair, this event attracted nearly 300 participants, including officials from the International Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, provincial departments, and municipal science and technology bureaus, representatives from universities, research institutes, new research institutions, enterprises, technology managers, outstanding postdoctoral researchers, and representatives from investment and financing institutions.
