On April 15, the 137th Canton Fair officially opened. This year, Anhui's trade delegation organized 977 enterprises to exhibit, with a record 2,077 booths, including 531 brand booths and 115 first-time exhibitors, aiming to help companies seize global orders and expand into diverse international markets. The fair focuses on "advanced manufacturing," "quality home goods," and "better living," featuring 336 enterprises, including national high-tech firms and specialized and sophisticated "little giants." The first phase highlights "advanced manufacturing," with iFlytek showcasing robots, robot dogs and Go robot, while Anhui Heli presented its H4 series low-temperature forklifts and G3 series internal combustion forklifts, attracting numerous domestic and international clients. "Integration of Production and Trade" activates new momentum in foreign trade. At this year's Canton Fair, over 300 quality enterprises from various export-oriented industrial clusters, including Hefei's electronics and home appliances, Wuhu's auto parts, and Fuyang's willow weaving, showcased their products in areas such as electronic consumer goods, automotive parts, processing machinery, electronics, home goods, weaving and rattan crafts, and rural revitalization specialty products, further highlighting Anhui's unique foreign trade characteristics. The Canton Fair is regarded as a "barometer" and "wind vane" for China's foreign trade. Officials from the provincial commerce department stated that while ensuring smooth participation for enterprises, Anhui is also leveraging the fair to conduct extensive foreign trade research, understand the current development of trade firms, and address their challenges to promote stable and healthy foreign trade growth.
