A relative person in charge from Hefei Customs introduced that in order to support the development of the new energy storage industry, the customs has formed a professional assistance team to strengthen policy publicity and guidance for key enterprises in the industrial chain. The team conducts early judgments on risks related to equipment import clearance and product export price classification, provides round-the-clock online policy promotion and answers questions, and offers customized service solutions. At the same time, a "zero-distance" communication mechanism between the customs and enterprises has been established. According to enterprises' production plans, the customs dynamically adjusts on-site inspection plans and adopts an inspection mode of "advance appointment, reporting and inspection anytime, immediate inspection and release," ensuring "zero delay" in goods exports.
