According to data, in the first two months of this year, the total value of Anhui Province's import and export trade reached 141.53 billion yuan, hitting a new high for the same period in history. The scale of foreign trade ranks 9th in the country and 1st in the central region.

More and more products from Anhui are going overseas, creating the "Anhui brand". In the first two months, the export of mechanical and electrical products from our province accounted for over seventy percent, and the export of the "new trio" increased by nearly one fold.

"Made in Anhui" has stood out with new technologies and new products, especially the export growth rate of the "new trio", represented by electric vehicles, lithium-ion batteries, and photovoltaic products, has been remarkable. According to data from the Hefei Customs, in the first two months of this year, the total export value of these "new trio" from our province reached 13.19 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 98.8%, accounting for 13.7% of the total export value.

In recent years, our province has focused on creating emerging industry clusters, and has promoted the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the cultivation and growth of emerging industries, and the forward-looking layout of future industries. It has promoted the innovation of industries, the clustering of chains, and the formation of clusters, with advanced manufacturing represented by strategic emerging industries and high-tech industries growing rapidly. The clustering of manufacturing industries has improved production efficiency and reduced production costs. Coupled with continuous innovation and technology empowerment, "Made in Anhui" has stronger international competitiveness.

In the first two months of this year, the import and export value of private enterprises in our province reached 74.77 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 17.8%, accounting for 52.8% of the total import and export value of the province during the same period.
