Reporters learned from the Anhui Provincial Conference on Promoting High-Quality Development of the Cultural Industry held on March 1 that Anhui has introduced several measures to support the construction and development of the Hefei Ziyunshan (Baohe) Cultural and Creative Industry Park. It is expected that by 2027, this national-level cultural industry demonstration park will exceed an value of 100 billion yuan.

The Ziyunshan (Baohe) Cultural and Creative Industry Park covers a planned area of 79 square kilometers. It is recognized as a national-level cultural industry demonstration park, a national demonstration base for the integration of culture and technology, as well as a national experimental base for broadcasting and audiovisual technology innovation. It is also Anhui Province's first strategic emerging industry base for creative culture. In 2024, the park's scale has exceeded 50 billion yuan, with over 6,000 cultural industry legal entities and 180 cultural enterprises above designated scale. By 2027, the industrial scale of the park is expected to surpass 100 billion yuan.

At the conference, reporters learned that Anhui Province is responding to the trends of digital industrialization and the digitalization of industries. To foster innovation in new business models such as virtual reality, online streaming, and digital music within the industrial park, seven major categories of support measures have been introduced. These include supporting park reform, promoting the innovative development of business models, strengthening industrial platform construction, encouraging enterprise clustering, optimizing the industrial ecosystem of the park, enhancing support for industrial elements, and vigorously promoting brand building for the park. Additionally, multiple departments in Anhui will integrate the development of cultural and creative industry parks into existing policy frameworks, coordinating resources to support park construction and development.
