Recently, reporters learned from the Provincial Bureau of Statistics that in 2024, the total profit of industrial enterprises above the designated size in Anhui Province reached 239.84 billion yuan, an increase of 3.5% compared to the previous year.

In 2024, among the industrial enterprises above the designated size in our province, joint-stock enterprises achieved a total profit of 196.93 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6%; foreign-invested enterprises, as well as those from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, realized a total profit of 42.5 billion yuan, an increase of 8.1%; private enterprises achieved a total profit of 65.72 billion yuan, an increase of 1%.

In 2024, industrial enterprises above the designated size achieved a business revenue of 5,491.85 billion yuan, an increase of 6.6% compared to the previous year; the operating costs incurred amounted to 4,782.5 billion yuan, an increase of 7.1%.
