In 2024, the province's corporate sales revenue increased by 4.7% year-on-year, ranking first in the Yangtze River Delta and Central China. Key cities like Wuhu and Hefei have made significant contributions, with year-on-year growth of 14.6% and 6.4%, respectively. The manufacturing sector is robust, with advanced manufacturing driving positive trends. In 2024, sales revenue from the manufacturing industry accounted for 39% of the province's total. Advanced manufacturing shows a significant leading role, with the electronics, automotive, and general equipment sectors contributing 26.9% to manufacturing sales. Notably, industries such as smart consumer devices, display components, and new energy vehicles have seen leading growth rates. Service consumption is expanding and improving in quality, with a favorable trend in production and consumption. In 2024, sectors closely related to production activities, such as wholesale, transportation, storage and postal services, software and information technology, leasing and business services, and scientific research services, experienced year-on-year sales growth higher than the overall service industry. The cultural and tourism consumption market is active, with the cultural and entertainment sector and accommodation and catering sector both seeing sales revenue year-on-year growth of over 10%. Foreign trade exports have increased in volume and quality, with an optimized export structure. In 2024, the export amount declared by enterprises to the taxation authorities increased by 22.6% year-on-year. Exports to ASEAN, RCEP, and the EU all grew by over 20%. In terms of product categories, the export value of high-tech and high-value-added electromechanical products, transportation equipment, and precision instruments collectively increased by 26% year-on-year, becoming a strong support for exports. Innovative momentum continues to surge, with economic growth vitality improving. The cultivation of new quality productive forces across the province is accelerating. In terms of R&D investment, key tax source enterprises in Anhui saw a year-on-year increase of 10.6% in R&D spending in 2024. In terms of sales revenue, high-tech manufacturing and high-tech services grew by 25.9% and 30%, respectively.
