Recently, Anhui Province officially issued the "Action Plan for Pursuing Excellence in Quality and Creating an High-quality Industrial Products Matrix." From now until 2027, Anhui will deepen the implementation strategy of diversifying varieties, enhancing quality, and creating brands across the province. The aim is to comprehensively improve the quality of "Anhui Manufacturing" products, expand the supply of popular and trendy domestic goods, and promote the manufacturing industry’s advancement to mid- to high-end positions in the industrial and value chains.

Focusing on key processes and areas, the plan outlines five priority tasks: enhancing R&D and pilot testing capabilities, improving lean manufacturing levels, increasing promotional efforts, shaping brand matrices for high-quality products, and strengthening the supporting system.

The introduction of this plan aligns with the demand for the integration of technological and industrial innovation, helping to raise enterprises' awareness of quality and branding. On the basis of overcoming the 'technical barrier,' it aims to gradually overcome barriers related to quality and market access, enabling more innovative outcomes to transition from prototypes to products and from commodities to high-quality goods.

The plan also states that Anhui will further streamline the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, allocate special funds to support related enterprises, encourage cities to implement supportive policies, and guide financial institutions to increase low-cost, unsecured credit. The goal is to collaboratively drive product innovation and industrial development. By 2027, the province aims to establish a tiered matrix from provincial new products to original products, high-quality industrial products, and iconic products, effectively enhancing the added value, reputation, and competitiveness of "Anhui Manufacturing."
