Since the beginning of this year, Anhui has prioritized stable employment, actively improving mechanisms to promote job creation and continuously opening up more positions, resulting in an overall stable employment situation across the province.

This year, Chizhou City issued the "Implementation Plan for the ‘Stars Gathering in Chizhou' Project to Promote Employment and Entrepreneurship of College Graduates and Other Youths", and made every effort to ensure employment and entrepreneurship for college graduates from aspects such as concentrated implementation of policy-based job recruitment and strengthening of entrepreneurship support.

Currently, Anhui is frequently organizing specialized events such as the "Talent Recruitment University Tour" and "Anhui Tour for Young Students," which promote college graduates to come to Anhui and stay for employment. At the same time, it also implements regular "Local Employment" initiatives. By strengthening the linkage between industry, entrepreneurship, and employment, the province actively develops more job positions for key groups like migrant workers and veterans.

Focusing on the public's aspiration for good and satisfactory employment, Anhui Province continuously creates larger scale, more stable, and higher quality job opportunities. In the first six months of this year, the urban areas of the province saw a new employment of 398,000 people, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%, nearly achieving 60% of the annual target.
