PANJIN, Nov. 24 (Xinhua) -- As the breeding season arrives, spotted seals return to Sandaogou area of Liaodong Bay in Panjin City, northeast China's Liaoning Province. These lovely animals take their rest on the tidal flats and play joyfully in the waters.
